Update (11:24am): Just been informed that we get a half-day off on the 24th. It doesn’t mean those things that need to be done will get done, but it does mean I won’t be as rushed getting out of the house that morning.
Found out today that I have the 24th off. HUGE weight off my shoulders. Huge.
I’m actually not doing too bad, almost all the gifts have been purchased (and sent to various locations). I have to do some grocery shopping on the afternoon of the 24th, but other than that, I think we’re set. Gifts are wrapped and under the tree already. Just breathe! It will all get taken care of somehow! 😉
