Meh, I think we need a dose of snow and below -10 to be reminded during “tepid drizzle” just how lucky we are. With back-to-back mild winters we don’t appreciate the meaning of chilled-to-the-bone.
Vancouver city really *could* plough more and salt more, in my opinion.
