After all the craziness of the past couple weeks, I finally had a day for me and ohhhhhhhh my was it ever nice.
Started off enjoying the morning sun and a Frap on the patio at my local coffee joint, then went to get my hair done (nothing exciting to report, I had it done the same as last time). Then I went shopping and found a great pair of summer sandals (these, in bright pink). After shopping it was time for a pedicure (toes are now OPI Kimono’ver Here).
The rest of the day was spent with the tv and some chinese takeout. I’m feeling so relaxed, it’s hard to believe there’s still a whole ‘nother day to the weekend. Hopefully it’s just as relaxing, because next week it’s back to the craziness.
Well done…I think you city folk need to take more time for yourselves. Its all about you you you. Relaxation should be a priority….

“Friar, Friar, Pants On Fire” was one i used on a client on Thursday. It kept sending me into giggling fits.
I totally need to convince one of the girls that i work with to give me a pedicure, my toes could use it :/
Oh, those shoes look so high! How can you walk in them?
They’re kindof high, but not higher than many of the other heels I own. I wouldn’t call them “traipsing around town for hours on end shoes” but I’m pretty okay in them. It’s all in what you get used to I suppose.
Where did you get those shoes? They are adorable and I simply must have them. Any other colours?
I got them at Winners in Burnaby… the pink was the only colour I saw, though there may have been others hiding.
