A collection for Saturday Night:
-I have athlete’s foot. ew. but Gold Bond medicated powder is my new best friend.
-In addition to my new clothes, I got two pairs of kickin’ sandals and a pedicure. I got groceries too (told ya I would eat) but I really don’t wanna check my bank balance.
-My grandma got pretty sick, and gave us a bit of a scare. She’s got a viral infection in the membranes around her heart. When they didn’t know what it was, the doctors were testing for Pulmonary Embolism. That night on ER, some guy was being tested for Pulmonary Embolism and died. I didn’t sleep much Thursday night.
-I need a dog worse than badly. When I visited my grandma and the rest of the family on Friday evening, my dog was there, and he was so happy to see me. Then when I left, he gave me “that look.” *sigh*
-Watched In America tonight. Not bad.
-Even when you’re *really full* there’s still room for popcorn.

my mom had a pulmonary embolism a couple of years ago, took over a month in the hospital to diagnose. it scared me a lot to find out that PE’s are usually diagnosed during an autopsy. though a viral infection isn’t good news, it is good news that they know what’s going on and can start to help your grandma right away. i wish her best of luck, and my best wishes to you at what has to be a difficult time.
