The Weather Eye desktop weather service from the Weather Network online.
I know I’m one of those retards who never actually looks outside until about 2 seconds before I’m about to leave the house - meaning I’m usually dressed totally inappropriately for the weather. This thing consistently shows the temperature, and a quick double click will give the rest of the details.
