A Question of Etiquette

What do you do when you’re having a conversation with someone you don’t know that well, and you discover that their clothing isn’t functioning. By that I mean it’s not covering all that it should - and even worse - they aren’t wearing anything under the clothing for that added layer of protection, so you can really see everything you’re not meant to.

Do you tell them? Do you ignore it? Help!

Wasn’t that the subject of a Friends episode? How lame am I for knowing that?

I’d say you ignore it and try to look away, even though those situations often have a lot in common with car accidents. It’s terrible, but you just have to look.

“I’m talkin’ ’bout Shaft, can yuh dig it?”
