I cooked, and it didn’t come out of a box!!!
Last night for dinner I cooked up a halibut filet (cover in flour & lemon pepper, fry in olive oil until cooked through) – that was the tastiest thing I’d eaten (that I cooked myself) in quite a while.
Today I made something new and different. Dijon Chicken and Broccoli. It was super easy, and the ingredients are simple enough that it was easy to make a small portion without worrying too much about measurements. My only complaint is that it turned out tasty, but a little bland. I’ll have to discover some spices to put in it to liven it up a little.
